Simple steps for new moms to go back in shape!

A very apparent weigh gain after giving birth is something that somehow, new mothers actually feel disturbing about. Well, this is true especially for those who used to have awesome body figures and are very conscious about how they looked.
I am not writing this article just to brag and say how great my body was before I got pregnant and became a mother to my eight-month old son. I am just simply trying to share the very simple things I did just to get back to shape and wear those tight jeans again. Yes! You read it right! I say simple because it is really that simple to go back to your original body figure if you follow the simple steps below.
1.       Breastfeeding
Breastfeeding burns an flabbergasting number of calorie and that is 500 to 700 a day. Well, this means that many women can actually increase the number of calories they take in and still lose weight quickly and safely.

2.       Fun Workout
Yup! Have a fun workout. Get it done with an upbeat music and do some dance grooves.  You'll have loads of fun, get a terrific aerobic workout or even zumba, and burn calories at the same time.

3.       Take Vitamin B complex Daily
We need B vitamins for healthy metabolic and nerve function to provide us with the mental alertness and energy to simply get through the day. Being deficient  in even one of the B vitamins can lead to serious health consequences.

4.       Eat a protein, healthy carb and fat every few  hours.
Yes, it sounds cliché but it’s  really true. There are many food out there that contains protein, healthy carb and fat. Just make sure that you’re actually taking them in at the right amount.

5.       Cut out sugar, wheat, dairy
If you love sweets,yet, you are fully determined to fit in your jeans again, trust me, you really have to cut out sugar and some food that contain bad carb and fat.

6.       Drink half your body weight of water in oz.
Water really does an amazing job in our body.  Keeping our body in great shape as we do workout includes it.

There you have it moms! You already know the things you should do to lose weight in a healthy and natural way. Now it’s the right time to simply put them into actions. However, I would just want to make it clear that these steps would only be effective if you really put your mind and heart into it. And most importantly, have a self-discipline. Any method is useless if we ourselves couldn’t follow or do the steps religiously.
